ABOUT ME

Hey, I am Zoë — an operations and project management professional with eight years of experience building the systems, relationships, and execution frameworks that keep complex organizations moving.

I spent the better part of my career as Director of Operations at Vision Consultants, where I owned everything from day-to-day workflow management to full-scale operational transformation. I rebuilt intake systems, led a company-wide SaaS migration, managed large-scale concurrent project portfolios, and served as the primary partner for every client relationship the firm had. I am CAPM certified and currently working toward my PMP.

I am also the founder of Chica Chat, a community organization I built from zero at 22 with a few close friends — growing it into a network of 30 women entrepreneurs, a recurring workshop series, and a citywide conference that raised $14,500.

I am currently open to new opportunities in operations management, project management, and program leadership — particularly in environments where the work is meaningful, the pace is fast, and the playbook does not yet exist.

When I am not working, you will find me at the pottery studio, deep in a book, or out on an adventure with my blue heeler, Stevie.
